GENERAL IMFORMATION

• -Please check in at wijaya perkasa office
• -Please check in 45 minutes before time departure 
• -This trip departure from Gili Air , Lombok Bangsal and then To bali ( padang bai port )
• -We do not responsibility for missed boats due to late check-in or failure to appear at the port area.
• -Infants under 3 years of age can travel free of charge on their parent's lap.
• -Please show up bali wonder  voucher for check-in, and the operator will exchange the actual tickets for the customer.
• -Each passenger is allowed 20 kg of luggage.
• -Non-refundable for the trip delay due to late check in 
• -We are not responsible for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during the trip.
• -We are not responsible for delay boat departure some time happened due to depend situation on port  
• -If you have a surfboard, it will be  (extra charge starts from IDR100,000/board (depends on the size)).
• -passengers are required to pay for the retribution fees/harbor tax IDR 10,000-20,000 in cash at the port.
